We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping options & cost
We ship with USPS. At checkout you enter your ZIP code and pick USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, priced with live USPS rates for your address. Orders of $40 or more ship free with Ground Advantage (you can still pay to upgrade to Priority).
🤠 Local Meetup, RGV only (Edinburg to Roma): FREE
Skip the shipping and grab your carne seca straight from Grandpa's hands. After checkout, DM us on TikTok at @granpa6608 and we'll pick a spot to meet. No mailbox, no waiting, just jerky.
Meetups are only for Edinburg to Roma. Orders outside that area that pick Local Meetup may be refunded or asked to choose shipping instead.
Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Packaging
Each bag is 2 oz. The Scorcher Pack is three bags shipped together.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, message us on TikTok (@granpa6608) right away. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
Lost or late packages
Once a package is with USPS, delivery times are up to them. If tracking stops moving or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, message us on TikTok (@granpa6608) and we'll help you file a USPS claim and work out a fair solution.
