This website is run by Grandpa's Carne Seca, a small business based in Texas. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
We describe our products and prices as accurately as we can. Prices, flavors and availability can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. If there's an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Orders & payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment in that case. Shipping and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
Allergens & ingredients
Our carne seca is made from beef and seasonings and is hand-made in small batches. Please check the ingredients on the package before eating. If you have food allergies or questions about ingredients, message us on TikTok (@granpa6608) before ordering. Some pieces may be tough or contain seeds or hard bits; chew carefully. Spicy flavors are very hot.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The site is provided "as is."
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
